28 Houses in 28 Days — Howell Properties Heidelberg Challenge

1. Eligibility

– Open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years and older.

– Employees of Howell Properties, their immediate families, and campaign partners are not eligible to enter.

2. Entries

– Entries are earned through attendance check‑ins at daily showhouses, social engagement, and user‑generated content (UGC).

– Attendance entries require a valid QR check‑in form submission completed on site.

– Howell Properties reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate entries.

3. Prize

– One winner will receive a R5,000 Fireroom restaurant voucher.

– Voucher redemption is subject to Fireroom’s own terms and conditions.

– No cash alternative will be offered unless required by law.

– Howell Properties is not responsible for Fireroom’s service, availability, or redemption process.

4. Winner Selection

– The winner will be chosen by random draw from valid entries on 28 February 2026.

– The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within 7 days of the draw.

– If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Howell Properties reserves the right to redraw.

5. Liability Disclaimer

– Howell Properties is not responsible for technical errors, QR scanning issues, or internet connectivity problems.

– Howell Properties is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during attendance at showhouses.

– Attendees enter properties at their own risk and must comply with safety instructions provided by agents.

– Howell Properties accepts no responsibility for property defects, hazards, or conditions beyond its control.

6. Data Protection

– Personal information collected via QR check‑ins (name, surname, cell number, email, property feedback) will be used solely for campaign administration and CRM lead management.

– Data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside Howell Properties.

– Attendees consent to the use of anonymized feedback for marketing and reporting purposes.

– Howell Properties complies with South African data protection laws.

7. General

– Howell Properties reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.

– By participating, attendees agree to these Terms & Conditions.

– All decisions made by Howell Properties regarding the campaign are final and binding

8. Property Access & Conduct

– Attendees must respect the property, its contents, and the privacy of occupants.

– Howell Properties reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for misconduct.

– Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

9. Health & Safety

– Attendees are responsible for their own safety while on site.

– Howell Properties is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring during attendance.

– Attendees must comply with any health and safety protocols in place (e.g., fire exits, restricted areas).

10. Force Majeure

– Howell Properties is not liable for cancellation or alteration of the campaign due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

11. Marketing Consent

– By participating, attendees consent to Howell Properties using anonymized attendance data and property feedback for marketing and reporting purposes.

– Howell Properties may use photos or videos taken at showhouses for promotional purposes, unless an attendee explicitly opts out in writing.

12. Dispute Resolution

– Any disputes arising from the campaign will be governed by South African law.

– The courts of Gauteng will have exclusive jurisdiction.
